   9 The following are prohibited and punishable by banishment:
  10 - Invective targeting persons or social groups;
  11 - Threats, incitement or support of abuse or violence;
  12 - Defamation, doxxing, harassment;
  13 - Malicious code or shell commands;
  14 - Spam;
  15 - Links to any of the above;
  16 - Ban evasion.
