Add a class to handle screenshots images
This allowed me to
- fix title not properly centered
- simply don't draw the image instead of drawing gfx/transparent
- fade out the title after 3 seconds

JPG, TGA and PNG are now supported. Also images in subdirs at the first level can be seen.
Yes, PNG's day has come... :D
I've found out that PNGs produced by the engine are read normally (no crash!), unlike PNGs generated by external apps (though really common apps, such as Gimp and Paint for WinXP).

Better and correct filtering, now really only JPG files are shown
NOTE: this is true only if the engine is patched with my bugfix on match_pattern
Next step is to show TGAs too and one day maybe PNGs too.
PNGs for now are off-limits as _the engine crashes_ opening them!

physics: change jumpvelocity to 260, a bit higher. Now optimized for 180bpm instead (exactly 180bpm would be 266.
666666666 , but we can only bpm sync if cl_maxfps is 60 anyway, and if it is, it matches 180bpm still exactly because part of a frame is still a frame; also, 260 is nicer for mappers than 266.66666, as a jumping player then still fits in 112qu without hitting the ceiling with his head)
